I was in an accident on April 27, I was unable to contact my insurance carrier, [redacted] because it was after hours I subsequently allowed ALL ZONE RECOVERY located at [redacted] to tow my car to their facility They provided me with a receipt for $ On the following day I contacted my insurance company and according to them they sent their tow company [redacted] )to retrieve my car According to [redacted] , ALL ZONE gave them a invoice that did not match the invoice I provided to my insurance company My insurance company ( [redacted] ) told me they would only cover $and I would have to pay the remaining $900, along with my $deductible to retrieve my car upon repair completion The document I provided to my insurance company included the $invoice from ALL ZONE RECOVERY and not a invoice I subsequently called ALL ZONE RECOVERY on at least occasions and spoke with a person name [redacted] who claimed to be the owner
