Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The vendor response was false Nothing in the vendors statement was the truth The conversation they stated they had with me and my wife didn't happenNor did the vendor attempt to make any compromises in regards to the paymentOnce we refuse to sign the new contract we never heard from the vendor againNevertheless, if the vendor is willing to complete the job at the original price we are willing to let bygones be bygones and move forward We just want the vendor to honor their original contract and complete the repairs to our house and property Sincerely, George [redacted]

The shingles on the roof job began to fall off within the first yearI called and texted the contractor regarding repair / replacement of the missing shingles, but no responseThe customer service after the final payment is poor I can not recommend a business that will not stand by its work!

at this point im not sure how to respond to the custsresponseif hes not going to be forth coming in the compromises that we offered him & state that we r lying then I have no idea what to say from here!!! the cust called a cpl weeks ago & I talk to him personally & made him the exact same compromises that I stated in my last correspondence & he again rejected them all!!! everytime we talk to the custwe just go round & round in a circle & can get nowherethe contract didn't call for plywood & we can send proof of thatwe gave the cust as a courtesy sq ftof plywood no chrgthe roof needed an addtlsheets of plywood which cost us an addtl $I will reitterate that the mrs knew this as he was in the hosp& told us she wld call him & let knoww/o rehashing all this over again we r willing to make a final compromise offerwe will absorb $of the $for the xtra plywoodthis is more than fairthe cust will not have to come up with any out of pocket money as we will add the addtl$into the loanonce we get a commitment from the cust as to this being satisfactory, then we will finish the cement work (weather permitting.) plz advise us asap as to whether this is agreeable & we will go back to the custshome w/ the new loan docs & proceed from therewe need to know how to proceed asap as the bank apprvl for the work is going to expwithin the wksty
