There is ZERO customer service Their online messaging help desk is not monitored or responded to and calls into their number are on hold for many minutes only to receive an "all agents are busy, use our online support"

Do not ever order from these guysI was never informed that there was an issue with my order and had to figure it out myself a week later, all my support tickets remain unanswered to this day, and the way they handle their phone line should not even be legal
When you call, you're put on hold and informed of your position in queueHowever, after minutes the system automatically hangs up on you and forces you to call again - putting you in the back of the queueIt took me literally all day to finally get lucky enough to get through the queue in under minutes and cancel my order

Never ever order from this companyI placed my order on Black Friday, and wondered how a week had passed without me receiving any further correspondence from them about the status of my order/shipping detailsI had to contact their Facebook since their website support and their telephone support failed me (I had the same problem as many others here; they keep you on hold for minutes and then disconnect you)Apparently there was a payment problem with my card, which was miraculously resolved by simply trying it againI would never have known this if I had not reached out, because their order status page said absolutely nothing about it

I ordered several PC components over week agoI got an email the next day accepting the order, confirming everything was in stock and received an invoice, but no shipping notice
I have gone to their site and there is no sign it shipped or shipping informationI have called them and waited through several long queues only to get the message when its my turn that there are no available agentsI have emailed them several times and no responseBUT, they did expense my credit card even though, as far as I can tell, they have not shipped anything

I would like to offer the experience of I'm sure 99.9% of customers of Direct CanadaI shop there often and when I (rarely) have any issue they are prompt to respond and resolve the issueI shop a lot of electronics and computer stuff on the net and I find Direct Canada to be one of the fairest and most honest vendors I have dealt withDon't listen to the complainers

Purchased Item (Asus Motherboard) from them on Black FridayAt the time there were items in stockOnce I purchased the item and went back to the website for the motherboard it now showed item in stock I checked the website the next day only to find that it still stated item left in stock I called them on Monday (Nov 28th) since my order still showed the status as of Nov 25th which still shows pending Was not able to get anyone on the phone all day I waited on there customer care line for obscene period of time only to finally get a voice message telling me to leave a message I left message and did not get call back
Called on the 29th and after the time trying (prior same issue wait only to be told to leave message) I got a person on the phone He told me that I have indeed ordered the motherboard and that he would contact the warehouse to find out why my order was not shipped and call me back the next day or send email Well did not here from him so I called on the next day and only got the same thing "please leave message" Finally got someone on Dec 1st and finally after 5th attempt (again last waited for obscene period of time on phone to only get voice message) I got a customer service person who then proceed to tell me that they sold all of the boards and they are ordering more in and that they would not arrive to there warehouse until at least Dec 7th I told him that when I ordered there were in stock and that I talked to a customer care rep earlier in the week who confirmed my order and that a motherboard was secured for my order I was then told that he did not know what happened and that I would have to wait This is getting out of hand POOR, POOR, serviceI order other items from other vendors *** all the items arrived last week yet here we are Dec 6th and no informationEven there Order tracking shows Nov 25th date with no updates as to what is going on *** *** This is very bad service and totally displeased Will Never buy from this company again!!!!

I ordered a part in november and it said it usually ships within 3 days. 1 week later, I check my order status, it's not even shipped yet, so I try to send a message using their online contact form, nobody replies. After 2 weeks, still no reply, so I try to call them, can't get the line, altough for 20 minutes you're told you're 7 in the queue, 6 in the queue and so forth until the next representative assists you but it never happens... All you hear after you're 1st in queue is that suddenly, you have to call back another day because all their agents are busy. [redacted] Now it's been 21 days (3 weeks) and I still couldn't talk to anybody and I haven't got a single reply to my emails, contact form submissions and I even found a Direct Canada HelpDesk a week ago and registered and posted there but nobody took care of it. Today, my order has still not shipped out yet, still says "shipping pending"... [redacted] I'm calling my credit card company for a charge back since I can't talk to anybody in this virtual business!

Avoid this site at all cost, I was billed and the item was never shipped.

Once I purchased the item and went back to the website for the motherboard it now showed 1 item in stock. I checked the website the next day only to find that it still stated 1 item left in stock. Here is a copy of an email I recently sent direct canada. It sums up my experiences with them. Strongly recommend against purchasing from them, as they are not transparent at all. They took an order from me and accepted my money three weeks ago under the pretence that the item was in stock, and when I called to check several days ago, they informed me the item was unavailable. No communication was made to let me know of this. They simply took my money for an item they could not sell.

I placed an order with DC online. My order was only partially fulfilled, and the delivery was missing 2 items. However, the order showed as completed online. I called their customer service line twice and each time I waited on hold for 30 minutes while the queue counted down, and then they disconnected me (both times).

Their email help desk says they respond on average within 24 hours. It's been four days since I submitted my email inquiry and I still haven't heard back.

Worst company I ever dealt with!!! Ordered 9 days ago and paid for order and hasn't even been shipped yet! Spent an hour on phone trying to cancel order only to be told they are not taking calls! I am done with bad service! [redacted]
