Very good experience

I placed an order with DC onlineMy order was only partially fulfilled, and the delivery was missing itemsHowever, the order showed as completed onlineI called their customer service line twice and each time I waited on hold for minutes while the queue counted down, and then they disconnected me (both times) Their email help desk says they respond on average within hoursIt's been four days since I submitted my email inquiry and I still haven't heard back

HORRIBLE RMA PROCESS! MAKE YOU WAIT FOREVER FOR REPLACEMENT AND REFUSES TO REFUND!

Worst company I ever dealt with!!! Ordered days ago and hasn't even been shipped yet! Spent Day's on the phone trying to cancel my order only to be told they are not taking calls! I am done with this bad service! If my company did this I'd would be out of business and I'm the Owner

Here is a copy of an email I recently sent direct canadaIt sums up my experiences with themStrongly recommend against purchasing from them, as they are not transparent at allThey took an order from me and accepted my money three weeks ago under the pretence that the item was in stock, and when I called to check several days ago, they informed me the item was unavailableNo communication was made to let me know of thisThey simply took my money for an item they could not sell [start quote] Hi there, I am writing you regarding order number [redacted] Sandisk SSD I ordered this November and it was reported as "in stock"Since then, three weeks have passed and the item has still not shippedI called one week ago and it was reported that you did not have this item in stock Nobody ever called me to notify me of thisI purchased the product with the understanding that it was available, as your website statedThe agent was also unable to give me an estimate of when the inventory would come inI am shocked that no communication was made to me informing me that the item was out of stockYour accounts receivables department held close to $of my money for an item you could not sell This is unacceptable customer serviceI request a full refund of what I paid and my order to be cancelledPlease contact me immediately to confirm at -------- or reply to my email [end quote]

I ordered several PC components over week agoI got an email the next day accepting the order, confirming everything was in stock and received an invoice, but no shipping notice I have gone to their site and there is no sign it shipped or shipping informationI have called them and waited through several long queues only to get the message when its my turn that there are no available agentsI have emailed them several times and no responseBUT, they did expense my credit card even though, as far as I can tell, they have not shipped anything [redacted]

Purchased Item (Asus Motherboard) from them on Black FridayAt the time there were items in stockOnce I purchased the item and went back to the website for the motherboard it now showed item in stock I checked the website the next day only to find that it still stated item left in stock I called them on Monday (Nov 28th) since my order still showed the status as of Nov 25th which still shows pending Was not able to get anyone on the phone all day I waited on there customer care line for obscene period of time only to finally get a voice message telling me to leave a message I left message and did not get call back Called on the 29th and after the time trying (prior same issue wait only to be told to leave message) I got a person on the phone He told me that I have indeed ordered the motherboard and that he would contact the warehouse to find out why my order was not shipped and call me back the next day or send email Well did not here from him so I called on the next day and only got the same thing "please leave message" Finally got someone on Dec 1st and finally after 5th attempt (again last waited for obscene period of time on phone to only get voice message) I got a customer service person who then proceed to tell me that they sold all of the boards and they are ordering more in and that they would not arrive to there warehouse until at least Dec 7th I told him that when I ordered there were in stock and that I talked to a customer care rep earlier in the week who confirmed my order and that a motherboard was secured for my order I was then told that he did not know what happened and that I would have to wait This is getting out of hand POOR, POOR, serviceI order other items from other vendors [redacted] all the items arrived last week yet here we are Dec 6th and no informationEven there Order tracking shows Nov 25th date with no updates as to what is going on [redacted] This is very bad service and totally displeased Will Never buy from this company again!!!!
