Dear [redacted], It's very interesting that, our customer claimed that we didn't good job for them. First we have to tell truth from both side. First customer gave us wrong information to beginning: They said that they have around 5000 lbs to 6000 lbs....
Even they talked with our office and told Dave they have 6000 lbs.Actually it was a very wrong information, they have around 10000 lbs shipment in their house. We took their more than 8000 lbs shipments from their home, we did our best. Basically they mislead us about their shipment weight. Please could you ask them" Did we do physically home estimation for them? We never did physically home estimation for them. They were in [redacted] and they never get any physically home estimation from our side. If they don't get physically home estimation, after that if something left over it's their problem. What they told us, we believed the customer and sent truck to [redacted]. They should arrange another pick up with us or other moving company and they should pay extra money for 2nd pick up. When they called us, we told them " No worries, we will arrange it another truck and we will pick up your left over items. Even we talked with them last Friday, and tried to help them.If you mislead company about your shipment, end of the story you get stress. Again If they are not happy with our service, they can find different moving company and arrange their 2nd pick up from [redacted]. They told us they have 6000 lbs, we did pick up more than 8000 lbs and delivered same to their home in [redacted]. Also another issue that, as a customer, you should be there during the pick up time? Why they didn't wait until movers finish their pick up? This is not movers job turn off lights etc. Customers should be there until pick up done: It's very simple, this is customer responsibility. We have a pick up schedule for their 2nd shipment on Dec.04th which is Sunday with out any charge to them.( Just we tried to help them here).If they don't like our service, we respect them and they can arrange another moving company for their 2nd pick up.Kind RegardsMike W.

We will refund $75.00 waiting time to our customer, no problem. I already sent to him a scale ticket, and he received. If he has any problem with his shipment weight he should tell us before we do his delivery.
After delivery done, we...
can't do it anything. He never mentioned anything about his weight. Before we do delivery, we confirmed with him 2 times and he is ok with his delivery and balance.
