Tim is unreliable. He offered a "deal" if I paid half up front. He had good reviews previously so I took the deal. We set up installation dates and not once did he show up. But each time he would reschedule. I went through this multiple times with him before he just stopped returning my calls. I paid my half deposit and never got any service. STAY AWAY.
Review: In addition, excessive delay in service provided and failure to honor agreement. Direct Carpet measured and signed a contract with me on/around August 3, 20114. The carpet was to arrive within a week and installation that same week, it never happened. He called with excuses of crew busy with other tasks. When the crew finally arrived the next weekend. The started different sections of my home and left it uncompleted and dirty. In addition, they broke my personal vacumn and used items that DID not belong to them from my garage. I invited tim (owner) to come inspect the shabby job and state my home was in but he refused. The arrived two weeks after with a very low grade carpet, wanting to finish my home with different quality carpets and I refused. When I called Tim, he was insultive and yelling unneccessarily, in which case, I hung up and sent him an email. To date, I have not heard of a comeback tiem from tim and I would prefer a refund becuase this is a shabby job and I will need another carpet installer.Desired Settlement: I would like Direct Carpet to either refund my money already paid back to me or provide complimentary service and complete the job with the same grade carpet. But with the abusive nature of Tim and his Crew of Direct Carpets and failure to provide me with his Insurance information. I will prefer a refund.

Hi this is from direct carpet we try so many time to make her to pay us $1000 Wich is our money but she didn't work with me because she lie to much we will take her to pg county court because she lie and damege to my business and she owe me $1000 plus 3 times of min job my installer went there and no one open the door wich we have a proof
