ABSOLUTELY terrible service, was sold a screen that was faulty, went back the next day and was told its not there problemprices also change day to day, [redacted]

They sold me an *** *** and told me it was a new phoneI asked a few times if it was new because I didn't want a used phonethey pulled a box from the back and told me it was the brand new shipment of new phones and I ended up buying the ***I started having issues with the phone almost right away, but thought it was because of my carrier (seeing as I just bought a "new phone")after multiple times going in to my carriers store and complaining to customer service, I finally got told to bring it to ***when I got there they pulled the serial # and informed me that the phone was years old and the original phone number it had was a Vancouver #They also told me it was a refurbished phone and that they couldn't do anything to help meSo now i'm out almost $and don't have a working phonethe people in direct cell refused to give me my money back and insisted they told me it was refurbished (***) I never intended on buying a refurbished or used phone, THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANTED OR WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!!!*** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***
