Review: My cell phone was mailed and recieved on 7/2/13 by this company due to the power ON button not working.

I called on 7/9/13 for an update since I was not contacted. They said they are trying to figure out the issue.

I called again on 7/19/13 since I still was not contacted and left a message. Today is 7/24/13 and still no call or update.

I want my phone back and this company to acknowledge my calls and send my phone back to meDesired Settlement: Obviously you do not provide services as per website and are unable to fix the phone. Return it to me immediately so, I can take it to a real company for repair.

I'm writing in response to complaint #[redacted]. Direct Cellular Team received the customers phone on 7/2/13 around 4:30pm when received into our system it was giving a work order number of #[redacted]. When customer called on 7/9/13 I personally spoke with him about his phone, I stated that the phone was being tested to see where the power issue is stemming from. Customer then stated on 7/19/13 a phone call was placed and a message was left. I personally check the voice mails each morning and return calls if any at that time and I have yet to receive a voicemail from him, most of my voice mails are callers that hang up when the recording starts and never leave messages so how are we supposed to return a call to resolve an issue without even being aware of him calling. Also he found our company online through our website, if he called and didn't get an answer he should have went back to his "original source" (our website) to contact us through the button located on top of the page " Contact" like he did when he first looked into sending the phone. As the phone stands as of today it is still being tested. One thing you need to know about the owner of this company is he will try everything before telling a customer an item cannot be fixed. I am very confused on what the customer would like us to do with the phone, at first he states "I want my phone back and this company to acknowledge my calls and send my phone back to me" also he states again under DESIRED OUTCOME "Return it to me immediately so, I can take it to a real company for repair" and the last thing he states under DESIRED SETTLEMENT is "finish the job" so I am getting mixed signals. First he wants the phone back and then says he wants it fixed. Once I received this letter I immediately stopped work on his phone because of the confusion. As for returning his phone calls, I am unable to return a call that I have never received. I am hoping to get this issue ironed out and also keep my customer satisfied. At Direct Cellular Team we strive to make our customers happy and to continue to come back for all their phone needs. Just return the phone to me. After reading your response you are now playing games about non phone calls and emails.
