Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I believe they are lying If you want to investigate this properly, I would be happy to set up a conference call with you to Microsoft support The Microsoft case numbers ( [redacted] & [redacted] ) should document my calls to Microsoft support to determine if the keys had previously been activated I stand by everything I stated in the original complaint.I believe they are also playing a word game with you that they tried with me There is a difference between a valid key and a legal key When you install Office you need a valid key for the installation to work But the first time you run a program from the Office suit you are asked to activate the product That is what determines if the key is legal Both keys they sold me had been activated prior to my trying to activate them.Regards, [redacted]

Response to Complaint - [redacted] I am writing in response to a letter of complaint I received in the US Mail Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] The customer complained about an off hour purchase that did not immediately ship to him While our site has criteria that allow for immediate shipping of products, any order that does not fit that strict criterion needs to be manually reviewed to avoid fraud Even with manual review, we lose thousands of dollars annually to credit card fraud, so we practice caution to avoid loss of revenue as well as to protect the customer.The desired settlement asks that the hours of operation be listed on our website It's obvious that the customer did not read our terms of service before making the complaint because this issue is explained in those terms as well as our hours of operation and weekend/holiday procedures.Please close this matter and ensure that this negative does not affect my standing or reputation with the Revdex.com.Thanks, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: On their web page it is stated with red letters that the product will arrive within minutes whether it is during business hours, evenings, or on the weekendsThat is clearly misleading and can skew a potential buyer to purchase a product form them because it would be available shortly (as it happened with me)Nothing that is stated on the response is visible on the webpage however the above mentioned statement is made in red letters. Again, it is misleading, not true - that is even acknowledged in the response - and as such it should be removed in order not to deceptively lure customers with promises that cannot be fulfilled in many circumstances (that again is acknowledged in the response)In conclusion, in the response the respondent states that because of measures they have to take it is not possible to deliver the product as advertised - as such the advertisement should be removed from the webpage

I have checked with my customer service manager to reach out to the customer. We will be refunding the customer if we have not already

*** ***,We have refunded this order already We also verified the product with the manufacturer and were told that the product was genuine, but had been registered recently We suspect the customer of registering the product and then complaining to get a refund or replacement
product We provided a replacement upon receiving the initial complaint and lastly, a refund because the customer claimed the same issue with a completely different product
