Review: I was taking a loan out from them and they kept asking for a down payment with [redacted] money packs I gave them 400.00 the first time with one from [redacted] they took that then they told me they needed 420.00 more so I went to [redacted] and I i got that and they took that so the total it cost me was 820.00 and 4.95 twice for the cards and they told me they would [redacted] my loan they didnt and they told me the I spent the card from [redacted] and I never left the store and was at the service desk with the manager had the man alex on the phone on specker the whole time the manager told him her self he was scaming me he started getting loud and mad I just want my money back the company wont give it too me without wanting more im giving them no more money there scam artist I never got a loan like they said I would and I lost 828.00 dollors they took of mine plz help me get iy back and close there doors there doing this to others im sure god bless tammy sharpDesired Settlement: all my money back 828.00

Review: Was approved through an online application for a loan in the amount of $3500. Called and spoke to a representative named [redacted] who explained that to receive the loan, because of my low credit score, I had to give a "show of good faith" toward repayment of the loan by loading $250.00 on a [redacted] moneypak and give him the pin number on the back. I was told the money would be available on the moneypak for my use. After doing so, I was told that they could not put the money into my account due to a tax issue, and requested that I load $193 on another moneypak. At this point I suspected it was a scam and checked the first money pak. The money was gone. They refused to issue the original $250 back to me in the manner in which they collected it.Desired Settlement: I would like my $250. back, and a formal apology. I would also like to have this business shut down. What they are doing is illegal.

Review: I apply for a loan for $5,000 dollars and Alex told me that I would have to show that I can pay the loan back so I sent them $150.00 on a [redacted] card I gave them my banking information and they was suppose to send the money to my bank but Alex called back and told me that my bank would not accept the transfer and I called my back which is [redacted] Credit Union and the bank told me that they accept all money transactions. I called Alex back he told me that they tried 3 times and now I have to get it through [redacted] but I would have to pay for the charge so then I gave them $109 dollars through [redacted] then they told me that the [redacted] only send up to $2,500 at a time that I would have to pay for another fee so I then gave them $110 on another [redacted] then Alex called me back to tell me that wasn't good enough that they have other charges that I must pay for I put up an agrument and then he put me on the phone with his supervisor Shawn who told me that if I send them $176 more that would be all I would need to send and they promise me that they will return all the money I put out thus far plus give me the $5,000 that I ask for and they would all so remiburse me for the money paks that I bought to send them the money. Then Shawn called me back to tell me that they needed $98 dollars more to legally send that much money to me through [redacted] I told him that I wasn't sending them another dime and that he should send me the money or give me my money back. Altogether they owe me $564.80 and Shawn told me that if I wanted to cancel the whole transaction just to say so and he would mail me my money back to me give it three business days so I did. After it pass I called back spoke to Alex and he told me that Shawn was unavailabe and that I would have to pay a cancellation fee in order to get my money back I told him that his company had enough of my money and to please return my money. I waiting another couple of days and still no money so I called spoke to Alex again and still insist on me paying a fee to get my money. I saw a commercial on tv Rise.com this is how I got mixed up with them in the first place.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and they should take off the commerical about getting your life back in order through rise.com. that commerical should be taken off the air.
