I am rejecting this response because:This response is being rejected because the business owner is blatantly lying and providing testimonyShe asked me when and what my LAST color wasAgain, as previously stated, I told her brown and blonde and about months priorThat is the ONLY thing she asked meI have been to many salons and have had many colors put in my hair and have never been asked that question - everThat shows she does not know what she is doingI told her immediately in front of numerous employees, one being a new girl in training, that I was not happy with my hair and that I wished to cover it upShe declined my request and asked me to 'think about it for a few days'I didn't need any time to think about itI covered my ugly orange hair that she had given me with dark brownI would NEVER alter an image for tth business owner to claim that I did is absurdShe took a 'before' image, so why not an after image? She is well aware of the atrocities that she committed against my hairFurther more, my hair may have been fried, prior to this, but at least it was the blond I wantedAnnie fried my hair and left it orangeThis is poor business practice and there is nothing the business can do about my comments and or reviews of the business, as they are real and in the United States, I have a right to free speechI look forward to your response.

To Whom It May Concern, In reference to complaint number ***, the client came to me several weeks before her appointment on April 23, At the original FREE consultation I gave her a FREE deep conditioning packet to use at home because at that time she was complaining that a local salon had
fried her hair and it was breaking offI instructed her at that time to go home and use the deep conditioning packet and we rescheduled her appointment to try to give her a color for April 23, At the time of her service on April 23rd 2016, I mentioned to her that her hair was still very damaged and I asked her repeatedly what other colors or chemicals she had done within the last year (same questions I ask every client)I also have witnesses in the salon involved in this whole conversationShe said she had only put brown on her hairI asked her about five timesI proceeded to put bleach on her ends and it started to turn purpleI asked her why it would be turning purple and then she said, “oh yeah, I had purple in my hair and I put the brown on it to cover it up.” Well in order to put the purple in the hair it had to have been bleached first as you can see by now she did not divulge pertinent pre-color information to me after I had repeatedly asked herI explained to her at the discovery of the purple that we would not be able to get her blonde as light as she wanted and that it would be more like a “caramel"colorShe said that was fineI normally charge $for the services and products she received that day I only charged her $and gave her a FREE toner which was $30, a FREE deep conditioning treatment which was also $30, and a FREE take-home product valued at $At the time of payment she presented me with two $gift certificates from the local radio stationThey sell them for two for $so she ended up paying only $at the time of the visitShe tipped me $and said she would call me in a few weeks to re-bleach the ends to get them lighterI did not hear from her for three days afterwardsShe had already colored her hair herself by then.This girl is a chronic complainer and as can be seen by the attached copies of bad business reviews she has posted on many of the local businesses that she has gotten service fromI am sure she is trying to get free services from them alsoYou're more than welcome to review my color work on my page on *** at www.***/thehairfixx and see that the picture she posted on *** on the review was not what I did to her hairShe had to have taken that picture after she had gone and colored her hair herselfWhen she recolored it she voided the one week warrantyShe never said she was unhappy until three days later and after she had already posted the bad reviews all over *** and *** and ***She blasted my business all over the internetMy attorney is now involved in placing a malicious slander and harassment suit on herUnfortunately, this is obviously a person that wants something for nothing and it is proven by repeated bad reviews of all businesses she goes to she is mad because I will not be a part of her gameNo refund will be given in this caseI hope you come to the same conclusions that I have presented to you as I said I do have witnesses and I do have an attorney involved this is definitely a person looking for a free deal thank you for your understanding in this manner and I look forward to hearing from you.
