NEVER RESPONDS TO MY COMPLAINTS OR CONCERNS
I am Really tired of getting no response to my questions and concerns. In case you are actually reading this DIRECTEASYBUY, the computer I bought off of you a couple months ago is NOT the new one I ordered! It is refurbished. How do I know? Well aside from the dates on the parts, the camera driver is outdated! How can we fix this, or should I say how can YOU fix this! This is not supposed to happen to a (what I was thought I bought) new computer and parts? And YES I sent an email and again still no response!

I purchased a refurbished laptop from directeasybuy (from *** website). As per the sellers' website (directeasybuy.ca), they only sell grade A laptops.
A damaged item was delivered. The seller agreed to replace it.
The replacement arrived after about 4 weeks and was also in damaged condition. The seller asked for pictures of the damage which I sent.
I need the computer on a daily basis for work and cannot afford to lose it for another month. Therefore on this occasion, I am asking the vendor to either fix the issue locally, or confirm that they will refund the costs in full so that I can send this computer back to them and purchase another.
The seller insists that I send the laptop back again and then they will decide their ‘next steps’. Also that they may ‘decide’ to charge me for the postage + restocking fees.
I have spent a significant amount of time in the follow-ups and going by their responses, I do not trust them with a fair action after I send the laptop back to them.

We received your escalation regarding your Marketplace order.As we are continually striving to provide an amazing customer experience, a case had been raised against the seller for the order experience to be logged and forwarded to the appropriate persons to review and address this matter to assure a more positive shopping experience is provided in the future.Although we understand the reluctance to ship the product back given the issues experienced thus far, the product will need to be returned to the seller before a full refund can be confirmed or provided. If you are not comfortable with the seller's inspection process, please do take images/video of the current condition of the Refurbished *** laptop. This will help ensure that the appropriate refund is provided on the order.We see that the seller has provided you with the return label. We have re-attached it to this email for your convenience. Please note that this return label will only be valid for an additional 2 weeks, after this the product will not be eligible for a return and refund.As the return label has been provided, we will be closing the claim against the seller. When the return label is used, please let the seller know so that they can effectively monitor the return shipment.To reply to the seller, click the “Contact Seller” button from your order details page.+++We tried every way to help the customer but he is not cooperating for us to do anything at this moment

I am rejecting this response because:

The pictures have been already sent to the seller.

They have seen the pictures, and even then their response has been that they will 'decide' after they receive the laptop, and 'may charge for the restocking fees and postage'.

After paying the full price, I had to go through the inconvenience of follow-ups, my work suffered without the laptop for a month when I had to wait for a replacement, and now they expect me to send it back again (and let my work suffer again) while they make a 'decision' and very likely deduct money from the payment. All this for one simple reason that the seller sent a damaged laptop first, and then another damaged laptop as a replacement. The whole issue is entirely their fault.

This is not acceptable to me because I no longer trust them. I need them to confirm first that they will issue a full refund, including the postage, and a compensation for the time I will not have the laptop, before I send the laptop to them.
