We made multiple attempts to contact the attorney. Calls were made on September 19, 20, 21, 23, and 27, and messages were left asking for them to respond, but never once did e receive a phone call back.In regards to the quality of the suits, our products are made with the highest quality, and every suit is held to that standard. We have text messages from the customer giving praise to the beauty and quality of the product.Attached is a copy of the customers signed contracts/agreement to terms & conditions along with shipping labels, which include shipping dates. We fulfilled or obligation to the client. It was made clear that there are no returns or refunds on custom items, especially on items that have been worn, due to the nature of the sport.We maintain our position in regards to this incident.

We sent the first custom posing suit to the customer before her first bodybuilding show. Attached is a photo proving that not only did she receive the suit, but wore it as well at said show. The customer sent the suit back after wearing it requesting some alterations. We made the alterations and...

sent the first suit back along with the second suit we were contracted to make on August 25, 2016. Attached is a photo of the second custom suit along with a timestamp showing when it was made. We have filed a dispute in regards to the customer canceling the final credit card payment.

My attorney sent a demand letter on 9/9/2016, requiring [redacted] to refund the $3,250.00 within 10 days. We failed to receive a response or the money. On 9/12/2016 I received 2 posing suits from [redacted]. One suit was as adequate, the other is very poorly constructed.I would prefer that my  money refunded to me, but I fear that will not happen. I am in possession of the suits, which I am completely unsatisfied with the quality and workmanship. Because [redacted] has been less than honest, I feel uneasy sending the suits back to her at this point.She has reported she sent the suits on 8/25/2016, which is clearly a lie.
