My attorney sent a demand letter on 9/9/2016, requiring [redacted] to refund the $3,within daysWe failed to receive a response or the moneyOn 9/12/I received posing suits from [redacted] One suit was as adequate, the other is very poorly constructed.I would prefer that my money refunded to me, but I fear that will not happenI am in possession of the suits, which I am completely unsatisfied with the quality and workmanshipBecause [redacted] has been less than honest, I feel uneasy sending the suits back to her at this point.She has reported she sent the suits on 8/25/2016, which is clearly a lie
