I specifically wanted a black sectional sofa, I picked the sofa I wanted and looked through the swatches. The salesman new I wanted a black sofa. I picked a swatch that looked black in the showroom, and ordered the sofa (special order). When it came it was dark brown. I spoke to the owner who pulled the swatch, and under the showroom light it looked black, he told me I should have looked at it under natural outside light. I told him the salesperson knew I wanted black and should have been able to tell me it would not be black, he told me I didn't know his salesperson like he did. He would not work with me at all, so I had to take delivery, because I signed a contract. He then made a joke and said, well you will never have to buy another sofa, because this one would last 20 years.
