Review: I placed an order with Direct Hardwood Flooring and Supplies, LLC. on June3, 2013. My order # is [redacted]. I paid for the order via paypal. The charge went through. The amount was $166.64. The order was for "15557 Mullican Flooring 3" Muirfield - Golden Maple" .I never received my order. I've called the company numerous times and left message each time as the call always goes to voicemail. I attempted to email the company thru their website and the email does not go through - a security word/number shows up that one has to type in. I've attempted this several times and each time an error message displays.I want my order or my money back.Desired Settlement: I want the product I ordered. If there is no availability for this product, then I would like a full refund.
Review: I placed an order with this company a month ago for flooring. Credit card has been charged for purchase. I have not received flooring. I have tried to contact this company to find out about order and only get a voice recording. I have left several messages and have not received a call back. I paid for flooring and have yet to receive it.Desired Settlement: I want my flooring or a refund.
Review: I placed an order on line on Oct 18th for a product that was listed as in stock. I have left several voice messages on the customer support line as well as sent emails to both their sales & customer service email contacts. I have not received any feedback to any of my inquiries for the past three weeks. At this point, I’ve given up trying to contact them and will likely cancel my order.Desired Settlement: Contact
Review: I ordered flooring supplies on 7/4/13 my credit card was charged on 7/5/13, as of today 8/27/13 I have not received my purchase. I have called and left several messages and I have emailed the company several times. No one ever answered the phone, no one ever replied to my phone messages or emails. My hardwood floor has remained unfinished this entire time because I have not received the supplies but they have had my money for almost two months. I am beyond upset...Desired Settlement: The amount paid for the supplies ordered is $388.51. I want my material very soon or a refund so I can purchase the materials from a different company.
