The bad: 25 months later the boiler quits

The ugly: they want$735 to fix it. I'm told the parts are $ 415 their cost by the owner.. It takes literally 20 min to remove the board, probe
/ sensor and replace it. So they want 320 for 20 minutes work. A bit outrageous. Another 20 min on the net and the parts are $ 295 cdn. And will arrive next week for another $18.00.
ALL AND ALL AN INCREDIBLE RIP OFF. I will go out of my way to tell this story to anyone and everyone. Avoid Direct Heat!!!
