I ordered a back-issue of their *** magazine (*** Issue 73 - JAN/FEB 2018 SKU: #XXXXX) for $13.80 and I was charged in full to my *** account (transaction ID 7AHXXXXXXBXXXXXXX) but have not received the magazine to date. I phoned ***/Direct Image Media twice at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX where my details were asked and I was told someone would call me back. Nobody did. Then I called and was give the number XXX-XXX-XXXX *** for *** which I called twice, the second time leaving my contact info. Still no word from this business. If they are not going to provide me with my order, nor any assistance, I want my money back.
What I would like is contact from the business to tell me when my order will be sent or if they can't send it, I want a refund along with an email or call to let me know why the order isn't working out.
