My husband passed away and I purchased a ring with his birthstone. I paid an extra $14.95 for a faster delivery. The ring did not get there when it said it would. The ring was very poor quality. The prongs holding the stone in were sharp and didn't look secure.
I requested a paid return: Not only would they not pay to return it, but they won't refund me the extra that I paid to get it sooner. They said it was policy. They did not fulfill obligation, If it would have got there on time, I wouldn't even ask for the extra back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. 100% UNSATISFIED!
