I told Terri I would be glad to refund $ I spoke will her attorney by email....I asked her attorney to have Terri see up a agreement Terri wanted the countertop cut but we could not cut because she did not have the countertops and explained many times it would not be smart to
cut until she had all the measurements for the new tops, if we cut without the right measurements then there could be a big problemTommy explained that to her many times with her understanding .....we we're not contracted to install the vanities, she did not have those picked out nor did she have all the right materials on the job we never got notification of the fan not working and last the door handles were going to be installed with her handyman as I was told will send the check for as the first request due to Terri had a misunderstanding on the countertop again after being explained many many times

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. Chris H[redacted] arrived at my house without an appointment or notifying me he would be over on Saturday March 31st.  As usual, Chris has his facts wrong and believed my original request for a refund, made through my attorney, was for $350. This is incorrect. The demand letter sent to Chris outlined a resolution. Chris did not follow through despite agreeing. Chris stated in his response he was not contracted to install bathroom vanities.  I have attached email agreements showing he agreed to put in vanities. Chris was kept informed of the status of the ordering of the bath vanities, which were available for installation. His handyman was at the house when they were delivered. His handyman offered to install them but did not have the tools to do so. I have also attached a photo of the "grout work" which is unacceptable but about which I did not raise as an issue.   I have numerous complaints about the poor quality of work. However, Chris did finally write a refund check for $400.
