Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for notifying us regarding this matter. We have confirmed that the customer placed two trial orders on 5/7/17. As part of each trial order, customers must first agree to our terms and conditions, which clearly express the length of the trial and what will be charged...
when. They also clearly explain what the customer needs to do in order to avoid being charged. Unfortunately, it is beyond our control whether or not the customer fully reads these terms before proceeding with the order.The terms that the customer has copied and pasted into her complaint are a clear representation of a portion of our terms and conditions, and are always available on our website.Even though we are not required to do so once the expiration date has passed, we issued full refunds for both products to the card used to pay for the original order, on 7/7/17, the same day she filed this complaint. The customer should have already seen her refunds by now -- please let us know if she has not.We will now consider this matter closed but remain available to answer any further questions.Sincerely,[redacted] Customer Support
