They collected 20.00 from my elderly mother who has dementia. This has happened more than once after I have asked them to stop sending correspondence
Mother mailed a check in response to a mail offer that promises an "award." This is deceptive but she is on a limited income and believed she "had a chance to win a prize."
I would like her OFF their mailing and call list as asked and a refund of her 20.00
My Elderly father received a letter from this company followed by a telephone call. He was told that they will deliver $400,000 to me if he paid $20.
My 91-year-old Father was scammed by Direct Line Products, Inc. Following a purchase of *** and *** stock, my Father was told he won the *** and *** Raffle, to the tune of $400K. I am beyond furious with the tactics and manipulation used to extort money from my elderly Father. I don't know how much financial information they received from my Dad, I'm just beginning this campaign to put this to an end to it. Two phone numbers to note Mr. Jones (XXX) XXX-XXXX and (XXX) XXX-XXXX is *** and *** yeah, not so.
I want this company exposed for their fraudulent business practices. Any / All monies returned to my Father immediately.
DAD HAS US MIXED UP WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. CALLED *** AND *** RAFFLE. WE DO NOT MAIL GAMES OF CHANCE AND NEVER WILL.
FURTHERMORE WE DO NOT SOLICIT ANYONE BY PHONE.
*** DAD HAS NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM OUR COMPANY.

The only person confused is the target of your scam, my Father. You did not mail games of chance to my father. You sent him a letter that prompted a phone call. *** and *** was ONLY brought up after your probing of 'a recent purchase'.. once my unsuspecting father revealed his *** and *** purchase, the GAME WAS ON!!! I have the phone numbers and your names which were gained by your TELEPHONE SOLICITATION.. By the way.. the package containing $400,000 that was to be delivered via armored car, didn't make it to his house on Monday.
