Direct Link Card Systems

Review: I canceled my service with this credit card service back in 2/2014. I have been randomly been charged to my checking account $99.95 since then. It has not been on a regular basis until this last year. They have taken out a total of $1599.20 since 5/2015. Some months it's once and some months it is 4 times. I have talked to the sales rep and he tells me it a charge that visa/MC charges when your not compliant. He then tells me if I switch back to them he might be able to get some of those charges credited. I told him no. I have emailed him 3 times and called Direct link 4 times with no one returning my calls or responding to my emails.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop taking the $99.95 out of my checking account and refund the $1599.20 that is the total withdrawn from my account from 5/2015 - 3/2016. Hope I can get this resolved before any more money is taken from my account.
