Review: This company is a complete scam! I rented an apartment for my son and put a deposit on it 5 months in advance. We drove from California to New York to set him up in his apartment for the year while attending school. When we got there there was someone else in the filthy apartment. I was told to clean it out and put the belongings in the hall. My son had no place else to go so I spent the weekend cleaning. The place I paid $1700/ month for was riddled with cockroaches and had no door [redacted] My son stayed until they said they needed the apartment back and would refund me the one month that was overpaid. That was 7 months ago. I called and emailed pavel, the [redacted], many times and always got a ridiculous story. Finally a check came but it bounced and now he refuses to respond to my emails or phone calls. The whole experience has been a nightmare and involves too many unbelievable complaints to list them all here. This company should not be in business! I am still owed $1700.00

I will be forced to contact an attorney on the matter.Desired Settlement: I need a cashiers check for the $1700.00 that is owed me. There is no dispute that he owes me the money, he sent a check 5 months late but the check bounced. He said he would send a cashiers check but hasn't and won't return calls or emails now.
