The business has responded Please see below: We Attempted To Deliver The Merchandise To [redacted] On 7/*/And When My Drivers Were Outside Her House Prior To Even Opening Or Unloading The Merchandise The Customers Husband Came Downstairs Outside The Building And Said He Didn't Want Any Floor Sample Both The Driver And Helper Told Him He Is Not Receiving A Floor Sample But He Refused To Listen To Them Or Even Allow Them To Bring In The MerchandiseThe Living Room Set And Dining Room Set Was In Factory Packaging And Sealed Still Requiring AssemblyAt That Point I Attempted To Call The Customer Over Times [redacted] And Her HusbandThey Ignored My Calls I Even Tried The Next Day To Contact Them And The Something They Refuse To Answer I Still Have My Floor Sample In The Showroom And Will Be Glad To Deliver The Set Again As One Of The Couple Stays In The Store While We Deliver The MerchandiseIt Seems To Be That I Think This Is The Only Way [redacted] Will Understand She Is Not Gettin g A Floor Sample

He is lying he never called my home times at all and when my husband went to the store the floor sample was not there anymore and the *** said " it was the last one in the store" my husband told him "my wife didn't order the floor sample why when we came here last week you never told us that" He reply" I told you guys I was giving you a deal" yet we paid the FULL PRICE for the two sets we orderThe following day when the deliver came my husband went outside and his own workers told my husband" that it was the floor sample cause it was in the truck from the store does it matter as long as you get the products" so when the *** said he called times he is lying from the day of the deliver and I called I have yet to hear from him and I can print out the phone bills he is a liarI will not pay for a living room set and dining set at FULL PRICE to be given a FLOOR SAMPLES and I am not paying for no change at all he need to respect his customers and stop SCAMMING ppl when people work hard for there moneyOr HE can give me the BEIGE living room set that I originally wanted and not the FLOOR SAMPLE.

They Ignored My Calls I Even Tried The Next Day To Contact Them And The Something They Refuse To Answer I Still Have My Floor Sample In The Showroom And Will Be Glad To Deliver The Set Again As One Of The Couple Stays In The Store While We Deliver The Merchandise. It Seems To Be That I Think This Is The Only Way [redacted] Will Understand She Is Not Gettin g A Floor Sample.

Review: I went to Direct Mattress to purchase a living room set and a table with 6 chairs. I never paid for a floor sample and when the items came to my home today he decided to bring floor sample. It had dust on the living room set when my husband went out side to see the guys upon deliver one of his employee agree that it was the floor sample. I asked from yesterday June **,2015 when my husband went to the furniture store and did not see the sample he told the boss "I hope is not the floor sample you bringing to my house" he replied " No I will get a new one from the warehouse and it will be delivered tomorrow 7/*/15. He did the opposite this is not the first time I am going thru this it has been an on going issue with them since May all I want is my money back and I don't wish to deal with this company any more and the [redacted] is very disrespectful I had to come out of character several time since I have been in counter with this store.Desired Settlement: I would just like to have my full payment back and go to a different store I don't want store credit I just want my money back because the [redacted] has no respect what soever when it comes to dealing with his customers.

Review: In April 2013 I put on layway a sofa, a 1/2 chair and ottoman at [redacted] located at [redacted]. I received a phone call from the sales person at Empire he informed me that his furniture store is closing in [redacted] but is moving to [redacted] but I could continue with my balance of $582.00 at the [redacted] store. On 7/**/14 I paid $400.00 at that time I asked how long after final payment will the furniture arrive;7-10 business day. On 8/*/14 I made my final payment I was told it would take 60 days after I sold my furniture "assuming" I would get my furniture in 10 days. I had to reorder a entire new sofa and chair it arrive today 8/**/2014 to be told my sofa does not fit in my elevator. When I spoke with the [redacted] who was not accomodating [redacted] stated that it was my problem that the sofa is the same size (which is incorrect) I now have to come out of pocket an additional $200.00 to have my sofa broken down to be moved into my apartment. I have my ottoman taken off my original order because I was informed that the new orde (that I had to make) was better quality and I would have to pay an additional $682.00 because of the ottoman.Desired Settlement: I feel I should not have to come out of my pocket additional, I do agree that in there policy it states that that if the furniture does not fit there would be an additional charge, however; I feel that becaue my original sofa was under I should not come out of pocket, the [redacted] is trying to say it is the same size, The [redacted] store never had the books I originally order from so he speaking from the top of his head.
