Order # *** Receipt # XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX not delivered as of /8/1811/27/which was ordered on 11/8/for $(ink cartridges)
After phone calls and emails since the order was made weeks ago there has been no responsePer the order # and receipt # above for $it appears this is a scam to meOne time I was lucky enough to talk to someone and they seemed vague about what happened with the orderThey told me what I wanted to hear and said it would be shipped and to me in days but could not tell me why the delayThat was one week ago and still nothing in the mailThey also said I would get an email immediately with a tracking # and no such thing has happenedI have called them times and have not got anyone to answer except once at X-XXX-XXX-XXXXVery frustrating!
Do not use this company!! I purchased (10) IBM LTO Ultrium Data Cartridges on 11/(order number *** - $229.90) I did not receive tapes I was told they cancelled my order in error and would issue credit Same line they gave to reviewer below They told me tapes were now on sale so I ordered (5) IBM LTO Ultrium Data Cartridges on 12/(order number *** - $105.00) I did not receive these tapes either I haven't received credits I called and emailed numerous times One time I was told I would receive credit They do not respond to emails and telephone goes to voicemail They are total scammers!! I contacted Visa to get my money back Revdex.com needs to investigate this company
I placed an order in August for LTOtapes, the first order was supposedly cancelled by mistake, I reordered Now six weeks later I still have not received my order and find out they charged my credit card twice! They have given nothing but excuses on where my order is Avoid this company at all costs!
