We acquired yellow VW convertible that was purchased by Mr [redacted] via traon new Mazda May 26, 2016.Mr [redacted] purchased the vehicle from us on Saturday June 11, 2016.We advertised the vehicle online as CHOICE car for cash That advertisement clearly outlined that the vehicle was sold "as-is".In addition to the standard buyers guide that is required by the State of Texas, Mr [redacted] signed a CHOICE car disclosure that reiterated not only that the vehicle was sold "as-is" but that the vehicle needed repairsI have attached a copy of both the buyers guide and the CHOICE car disclosure that were signed by Mr [redacted] at the time of purchase

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The DMV records only go back years, we have requested additional information from CarFax upon receipt we will share the documentation Regards, [redacted]

Since this car deal is over years old we no longer have any of the related documents The entire story seemed very unusual so we called the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles They told us that Mazda MPV vin [redacted] does not currently have salvage title nor has it ever had salvage title The CARFAX records are not accurate and that they will contact CARFAX and have them corrected

This homeowner neglects to say that we responded to the water leak and repaired it.The appearance of the driveway was discussed and accepted prior to closing. They apparentlyno longer want to honor that agreement. The appearance has not changed

the price of $1,981 was clearly an error. any reasonable person would understand that it was an error. no dealership can sell a $25k+ car for less than thousand dollars. setting prices on over pre-owned vehicles is a manual process. on rare occasions, errors in
pricing are made, that is why theses 3rd party certificates state consumer should verifiy availability of vehicle

the title was sent to Mr*** via overnight delivery on July 5, 2016. FEDEX tracking number *** indicates package was delivered on July 6, at 9:am

the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.Yes, the appearance of the driveway was discussed. My 2 options were to accept the home with the driveway in its condition or walk away from a house that I just spent 6 months building for my family. I even asked for compensation so that I could get it repaired.For the record, the water leak has been repaired.

The vehicle passed safety inspection required by the state of Texas.Customer signed disclosure acknowledging the vehicle needed repairs and was sold "as-is"However, we will allow the customer to return the vehicle to us and apply the purchase price towards another vehicle in our inventory

I am rejecting this response because: I do not feel comfortable buying from a car dealership when I'm currently having to go through this extent. Expectially so soon after purchasing the car. The form was signed along with the disclosure that their was nothing wrong with the vehicle in previous statements and conversations. The vehicle isn't safe to drive to Austin from Oklahoma. I would like a full refund and the dealership is more than welcome to come pick up the vehicle.

that this resolution is satisfactory to me. But cutting it really close to the required 20 day max. I only got the title after making another complaint
