I am writing a response to Revdex.com Complaint ID: ***Customer name is Vincent *** I am going to address Mr Vol lm ers complaint as short and respectful as possibleMr *** has avalid reason to be angry firstoffAs one of our first clients, we were in the process of learning
the ropes with tit le workThevehiclehe purchased was bought at an out ofstate auctionThetitle was provided to us
days after Mr *** purchased from usWhen
we got the title it was a t itle from a different state,
not even the state we bought it inWe then went through the process of assigning our
first out of state title to one of our custom ersThis caused a delay in delivering the title We
offered our applogies and that didn't seem to satisfy the client. We couldn ' t take away from the fact that the title was deliver ed a few days
lat e. As soon as we were contacted by the tag off ice, we resolved the issue that they hadThe other issuewas the ban k that we obtained financing through
sent us th e incorrect format for their contractsThat also effected the paperwork processOnce again it was not the customers fault.Mr *** had a payment due on his
trade in days prior to trading in his vehicle . It did take us
longer than days to pay off a trade in.
However, we have pr epar ed a statement to send out
to Transunion, Equifax, and Experian to
explain why the payment wasn't made by thecustomer.We don't believethat there is much we could have done
differently in terms of the things that werenew or out of our controlWe should have definitely communicat ed b ett er , alt hough our perception was that we had let them
know why these things were dragging out a littlelongerI t hink the sad thing about t his ent I re deal is that we hada customer drive all the way from Kansas to purchase and trade a vehicleOur dealwas the best deal and we gavean extremely competitive
offer on the trade inWe are conti nuing to get bett er with our title process and learning different ways to avoid certain sellers that provide late titles.With all that being sai d, all we have to offer ot her
than the gift card is another apolo gyWe
are humans and make m istakesWe are new
business owners and learning more and more about new things each dayI can say
with 100% assurance not one thing was
done egregiously. If I could take the
deal back and never sold t he vehicle to the ***s to avoid the fr ust rations all
together, f would gladly do so. Hopefully my
response is sincere and clear on all accounts

As of 5/10/17 I have obtained my Kansas tag.  I enlisted the help of my County Treasurer to light a fire so to speak.  Even then, D.N.A was very rude and uncooperative toward our County employees.  It took 3 hours for them to comprehend the simple solution and return the proper...

documents they did not want to expose. I simply don't want this to happen to anyone again in the future.  This outfit should be audited by the IRS or a at the very least and penalized monetarily for their incompetence and unwillingness to follow through on a legal agreement.  They knowingly cost my wife and I unnecessary stress and money we did not have.  We were promised a gift card for our grief according to Matt [redacted].  Documentation yo prove it...
