The owner of Direct Print, Kevin, should not be in business as he does not handle his customers or his staff in a good way. He is never on time with customers printed jobs. He will take your money..... mess up on your print and then tell you it is your fault so that you have to pay. He is not very nice to his customers or staff. He also operates off of the tax system. He should be investigated for fraud and laundering. He has also lost one of my jobs and I had to submit the whole thing over again but I received no discount for the error. I have also seen him [redacted]. He should be investigated for [redacted] [redacted]. He is a greedy, selfish person who is not nice but thinks he is above the law. He should be put out of business or hand over to new management.
