we have been doing this for years - we are very informative about how the contracts work - we had another rep there and she confirmed the same thing - our reps went over in details of the product and service term - even during the installation the cx also signs the contract agreement while tech is there - we talked with customer several different times about the situation- we believe the sales rep did explain in details about the length of the contract - not sure if this is buyers remorse or something bigger Thank youMike B [redacted] - owner
