I am rejecting this response because: I [redacted] did not receive the service that was offered to me. I can honestly say that I was given false information from [redacted] who came to my door and stated he was from [redacted] & not [redacted]. [redacted] also told me as I stated that he was going to use my neighborhood to inquire on how many burglaries were involved in my area to offer me a low monthly service, instead he was using my credit without my consent. This promotion was also for a a camera that was suppose to work off wifi with my phone, but that is not the service I received, because the tech guy name [redacted] could not get the camera that came with the promotion, or alarm system to work 3 days in a row, then [redacted] was suppose to come out a 4th time, and [redacted] did a no call no show after so many days passed. When I called [redacted] upset about this, I was told by [redacted] that I had to speak to a [redacted] with [redacted], in which I was never told about, all along I am suppose to be dealing with [redacted] in my mind. So I do not agree that I was given the service I deserved. On top of all that, [redacted] with [redacted] told me this was a 10 month service, and now I am being told its a 3 year service??? This is so not true about a 3 year service. I spoke to an [redacted] with [redacted] and she apologized to me telling me I had 30 days to cancel. It's all stated on my contract as well that I have 30 days to cancel. All equipment has been completely disconnected from my home before the 30 days, because I am so upset with a company who is not the company they say they are, and I do not like dealing with a company who misinforms their customers about their service, just to get business. I work too hard for my money. Please help me. Thank You.
