Review: I am writing to Revdex.com to help get some resolution from a complaint that I filed through the State Department of Agriculture back September 2014 against the noted business.My issue was about car repairs that I had with Jrs Direct Source Automotive from December 2012 October 2013. I have all my paperwork and invoices dating back from December 2012. My basic complaint is that I had rear struts placed four times, as the first three continued to leak shortly after placement. The first placement was; December 2012, second placement was February 2013, 3rd placement was October 2013(all 3 with Jrs Direct Source Automotive.) I was told by ORilleys Automotive, the owner of Jrs Direct Source Automotive never filed any labor claims when dealing with the second and third instillation of the rear struts. (ORilleys is where the Monroe Struts were purchased by Jrs Direct Source Automotive.) The fourth placement I went elsewhere which were placed May 2014, after learning that they needed to be replaced a fourth time during a routine oil change. I contacted Tenneco, the manufacture and they did an assessment on the third set that I returned to them, and their conclusion was that it was instillation error. (I have this document also) Since going to a secondary location for the fourth placement, I have not had any problems. My issue is that I have had to pay for labor four times, and was recommended (by Jrs Direct Source Automotive) to get new rear coil springs because that is the only thing that the technician/owner of Jrs Direct Source Automotive said could be making the rear struts fail twice prior? I am not convinced this had to happen, and question whether I should have had to pay for these, and should I be reimbursed?I would like to submit all my paper work regarding this issue and have a second party help me recover my money. As I was told by ORilleys Automotive, the owner of Jrs Direct Source Automotive never filed any labor claims when dealing with the second and third instillation of the rear struts.Desired Settlement: I have all these documents and would like to get them to you via fax, mail or e-mail.I am looking to be reimbursed the last three labor fees and Negotiate the fees for the rear coil springs that I was told to get as they could be the problem that the rear struts were leaking for the second time in less than a year.
