Do not use this company for your generator service. A company I worked for did. I would have to call multiple times to schedule with them. It was always a parts issue and Misty that did the scheduling was rude and condescending. This company also got a new owner but nothing changed. Eventually, the contract with CJ's was cancelled. This is because nothing changed and customer service is horrible. Hopefully, they will just cease to exist like they should have. New owner made a bad investment.
