Hello,I met with the customer last Tuesday the 13th. I saw exactly what they were talking about with the one system. We are having a Carrier representative come out to the customers house and are replacing the Thermostat. I talked to the Mrsregarding it and she was fine with all
this and would remove this complaint providing we get here system up and running correctly.Thank you*** ***G.M
I just got off the phone with Mrs*** and she felt a little uninformed about the cost to run and get the part. I explained complany policy and she now understands our policy and procedure. She is happy with the outcome and will be contacting to have this removed.Thanks?
