Review: Income tax was filed with this Tax Preparer in April 2013. To date, customer has not received income tax refund check. When IRS was contacted, it was explained that refund was deposited into tax preparers account since April **, 2013. Transcript provided by IRS was also forwarded to customer verifying this information. Despite providing tax preparer with this information, he still have not relinquished fund.Desired Settlement: Desired settlement requested in the amount of $5,649, which is the amount as per IRS was deposited into tax preparers account.
