I am sorry for the confusion earlier concerning [redacted] I also left her a message today, letting her know that the part is scheduled to be in tomorrow morning, and that we would call her as soon as we have it in our hands in order to schedule a time to install it at her convenienceWe are going to send a mechanic to wherever is best for her to take care of itWe are doing everything that we can in order to handle this matter [redacted] is a great customer, and we want to make sure that we do all that we can to keep it that way.Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] from Family Auto called me & we made arrangements  and I took the car lot on Monday Nov. 30 so the mechanic could get the part & fix it. they had trouble finding the part ,so I took the car back on Tues. Dec. 8. a mechanic to put a sensor on my car while I waited. [redacted] came & told me that they needed to get a module to put on it to fix the problem. And that he would call me when they got that part and get the mechanic to come to where I work and put that part on to fix it. I did tell him I was satisfied they were doing something about fixing my car, but I thought he was going to keep his word & fix  it. I saw in that report [redacted] said they were fixing another problem as a" goodwill" gesture ....they haven't finished the first problem yet.

Of course there are two sides of every story. We will refund her $30 if that is what she wants as resolution. It will be refunded on her card today.
