I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, the person, Chris, that I spoke to is not correct about me sending them messages. I sent one on Friday and one today and it is not my fault they did not receive these messages. Also, I left a voice mail because he did not answer the phone. All of this was done before I opened a case. It is not my responsibility to make sure they respond to customers. Chris was very disrespectful and rude during the phone conversation.
