Ms*** ** came to our Natick location on November 16, 2015, to request an oil change. My technician brought to my attention before
starting the oil change that the oil pan gasket was leakingAfter draining the
oil, our technician attempted to reinstall the drain plug, noticing it
wasn’t
rethreadingMy technician then had me inspect the oil pan and we determined
that the drain plug was fine but the oil pan threads and inner hole had
deteriorated to the point that the oil pan needed replacing I then called the Ms** and she promptly came
to our store and looked over the vehicle in our shop with meI proceeded to
show her the situation and the needed repair (oil pan replacement)She then
asked me to speak with her boyfriend about the needed repairI described to
him what we saw: Drain Plug OK but the
worn metal threads on the oil pan itself were no longer functional and then we quoted
what it would cost to replace the oil panHe stated “Well, there's nothing I
can do but replace the pan” and told us to proceed with the work, which we did
We have the old pan here and the internal part of the pan up inside so you can
see where the oil pan has deteriorated and the situation is exactly as we are
saying. In our minds, there is no doubt
that the damage is due to wear and tear and our technician in no way damaged
the oil pan as he removed the drain plugWe’re sorry that Ms** is unhappy with us and hope we can resolve this

Thanks for the responseBut I am still not happy about my experienceI have to admit I don't know cars very wellThat's why I depend on the garage expertise when something happensHowever, when the technician told me about the issue, he did not explain in such detailSo I called my boyfriend to have them talk to each other to see if my boyfriend could figure it out betterBut the technician just very briefly talked about itI did not get to see the car and I did not know what happened in thereAnd the way the technician puts it left me with no choice at allI had to replace the part or else I could not even drive my carIf I chose not to do that, I may have to have my car towed somewhere else and fix it, which is even my expensiveI don't mind fixing or replacing parts for the car if it is necessaryBut what I don't feel comfortable in this case is that I feel like I am being forced to do that with this garageCombined with my previous bad experience, I won't go back there any more and won't recommend it to any of my friends.I have attached my tunirecords for this car and there is no technician notes that we need to replace that partThanksRegards,

unreasonable, rude and if you look at his *** account he hates and finds fault with dozens of companies and always wants his money and his ***Angry Consumer account is nothing more than a rant against the world of retail.We had a balancing issue on his and I sent him a refund for the work he had done elsewhere even thou we did our work at no charge.Thank you for listening but this person is a "professional complainer"*** ***

First of all, my address is 176, not I gave it to him and it's not on my invoice2ndly, he did NOT mail the check and is AGAIN lyingHe said he mailed it over a week agoUS mail doesn't take days in stateEven if the number was off 1,had he mailed it, it would've comeHe's a liar and a thief.If the owner is so upset about legitimate complaints, perhaps he should operate his business in a manner in which to not earn themComplaint stands until paid, and this company deserves an F rating to warn others

Yea, I have nothing better to do with my time than waste it on thisI have nothing better to do that sit in a tire place while they wrongly balance my tires, and I have nothing better to do that email a lying ie back and forth Please, this person is a LIAR He did NOT mail the check, because if he did, I would've cashed it and been done with thisThe liar is trying to cover himself and continues to play this gameI am NOT wasting ANY more of my time with this ie at his store If the check does not arrive by tomorrow, and STILL valid, I will be suing him in court for triple damangesThis case is NOT resolved

I am convinced by his complaining history of the world of restaurants and retail  he does this for the fun of it.I am stopping payment on that check #[redacted] dated 7/24/16 and there is a check of $84.00 at my [redacted] location for Mr. [redacted] to pick up.I would hope this will close this "claim"[redacted]

Greetings, Folks!  We did perform an oil change on this vehicle, but as far as we know, that is not the issue with the vehicle now.  When the problem first arose after our servicing, the client took the vehicle to [redacted] Motors and would not allow us to see or service the vehicle.  We...

have had limited contact with [redacted] Motors and their personnel are telling us that the work we performed (oil change) was performed correctly (no oil oss or leak-oil tank is full and engine is clean) and was not contributing to the client's issues.  But they were uncertain what the problem actually was.We have attempted to contact the client but at this point, they are not taking our calls.  We are waiting for any word from [redacted] Motors as to the final diagnosis of what lead to engine failure. Thank you. [redacted]
