Direct Towing

My daughter was attending another driving school who closed their doors one day leaving the students with no driving school Parker couldn't have been more helpful with navigating the necessary paperwork needed in order for her to be able to switch to a new driving school Once she had the all clear from the registry, she was scheduled for all her driving lessons The instructors were awesome, helpful and accommodating I could not have asked for a better experience after such a horrible experience with her previous driving school She now is licensed and received great driving instructions from her instructors They turned a bad experience into such a positive one

went to [redacted] driving school around late September mid October for lessons to obtain my class A license went for a hour lesson and little did I know that you pay for two hours and you lose an hour of your time because the testing site is half hour away and another half hour to get back to the schoolSo I started paying for four hour lessons because I will get hours of driving time, at a rate of $for two hoursI figured this would be the best for me at the time because the instructors insisted on this so I started doing thisThe first few lessons went smooth, but then after then it started getting unprofessionalOn my first lesson, after driving, I had to drive the truck to [redacted] for my instructor which wasted minutes of my paid time! This happened to me several times while paying my hard earned money to learn how to drive a truckAnother instructor I had never even got out the truck to even show me the maneuversHe stayed in the truck and played on his phone

Unless you are into incompetence, being yelled at for paying the bill, and a down right sour attitude from a very rude young woman (I certainly would not call her a lady in any respect,) then I would advise against ever using this company for any reason.

The way I was treated today considering the circumstances was totally unacceptable and left me with my hands shaking. I cannot believe this company would have a person like that right on their front line. I was there to pay the bill not argue about it. I guess they just throw that in with the price of towing....Direct Towing, fire the obnoxious girl at the window or I am absolutely certain your reputation will suffer for it.
