rateThe member chose not to take any renewals, therefore the membership expired on August 17, During the time the membership was active the member made purchases totaling over $3,000.00, representing significant savings to the memberAdditionally, although under no obligation to do so, DirectBuy, Incoffered the member a free one year renewal; the member declined the offer
In 2013, DirectBuy arrived at a court-approved resolution of this member's claim in a class action matter in Hammond, IndianaOn April 10, 2013, an email was sent by the class administrator to the email address the member provided when purchasing her DirectBuy membershipUnder the class administrator's guidelines, the members had until June 11, to either file a claim or exclude themselves from the SettlementHaving failed to do either, the member is now bound to the settlement resolution, provided DirectBuy with a Release of Claim, and is not eligible to further pursue this claim; therefore adjustments to her account is not warranted
