To begin with I purchased a foreclosed home which other people might not have considered purchasing. The home had an excellent location and good bones but it had been neglected in recent years. Almost everything needed to be replaced. The kitchen was a total replacement but before we removed everything we visited DirectBuy to plan what to do with the very large space. [redacted] the designer took the time to visit during the early design phase. His suggestions and guideance was an asset to us. The new design moved major appliances to new locations to make a more user friendly layout. The concepts were very nicely rendered and we could envision the end result before ordering the cabinets, counters, and appliances. Being a member of DirectBuy allowed us to make significant savings on the entire kitchen. Even friends have all commented that they wish their kitchens looked like ours.
