To Whom it May Concern, This message in in regards to ID The job for John Lowe was installed on May 6th and finished on May 9thSince that time we have been back four different times to address the issues the customer had with installation of the paversAfter the fourth attempt the customer said he would like the entire paver pool deck to be picked up and re-installedOn June 8th we did exactly what the customer requestedAll the pavers had been removed, the base was re-compacted and re-leveledOn June 9th the paver re-installation was completeWe proceeded to do a walk through with John and the pool builder to confirm everyone's satisfaction of the work performedAt the time of leaving the job, I was assured that John was completely satisfied with the work that was doneWe at Royal Paving take great pride in our work and customers satisfactionPlease let me know if you need anymore information in regards to this matter Thank you, [redacted] ***
