They were great, until they decided they didn't want me as a patient anymore. I've called over 20 times in a month or more. They have never answered the phone, regardless of department. They have never returned a message. They have stopped calling for appointment reminders. I have emailed them, contacted them on Facebook, called daily, and left messages where I'm near tears. I am currently on hold, 35 minutes and counting, and each time the hold message comes on to tell me my position and wait time, the wait time is increasing. As soon as I got to position #2. I am starting to suspect something extremely unethical, simply because I have not been given any information to prove the contrary. Be careful here. This type of behavior can literally cause a patient's death. They do not seem to care.
