Hello,Mrs [redacted] has been a longtime traveler with our company and I personally just saw her on a day trip a few weeks agoSo, this inquiry is quite surprising to me.Our cancellation policy for Day Trips has remained the same for many years and is outline on every receipt and information packet that are mailed to clients upon day trip reservations, outlined in the Tour Catalog advertising (where the tour is advertised for reservations) and is also on our website Please see refund policy below and link to website If needed we will provide a copy of Mrs [redacted] 'sOriginal reservation invoice with policy listed IIn good faith, since this customer has traveled with our company for over years, I personally called her, after she had called our office in June on why she had not received a refund for her cancellation, and I told her the policy remains, but I would (kindly) this one time (because she is a good customer) in good faith offer her a Gift Certificate for another day trip at same cost for the future She didn't like that answer lies but was willing to accept it again this was not something "owed" or needed to be given to her Our Gift Certificated are issued on a cycle system and she will receive it Please notein good faith and good customer appreciation and good ethical business standards that I so believe in, not because it is "owed" Thank you[redacted] DIrections Saint Louis, LLCPresident http://www.hellodirections.com/#!policies/cr3k CANCELLATIONS:Our “FAIR REFUND POLICY” secures you and your money! Hello;Our client, [redacted] was contacted last week, prior to this email sent to us.Our book keeper/finance manager was out for one week and refunds are always processed after the clients original check deposit is received and cleared in our checking account.  Once we have the deposit...

cleared, a refund check is processed and mailed within two weeks.  This was done last weekfor $75.00 for [redacted].  Over the past 15 years we hold an excellent record with the Revdex.com and want this to be noted and that this client was being processed in the time allotted butfelt that they needed to contact the Revdex.com.  Please let us know what is our next process.Thank you.[redacted]PresidentDIRECTIONS Saint Louis, LLC[redacted]
