DirectLine Technologies, Inc. works exclusively for non-profit organizations to solicit their current and former donors and members. Placing one's phone number on the Federal do-not-call list does not remove you from a charity's solicitation list or call list, as the charity is exempt. However there...

are several ways to stop unwanted solicitations. For example one can tell the charity to place them on the charity's do-not-call list by phone, email, or any written communication, which will remove you from the call list for 5 years. The easiest way is to answer the phone when you receive a solicitation call and simply tell the caller "place me on your do-not-call list" which will promptly remove you from ALL charities for which the vendor, such as DirectLine Technologies, Inc.,, is soliciting; the removal is for a total of 5 years. Alternatively, anyone can call the number which DirectLine Technologies, Inc. outpulses (i.e. appears on caller ID.) When you call the number, a recorded message prompts you with a few button pushes to remove the phone number from all solicitation lists of DirectLine Technologies, Inc. clients for a period of 5 years. Of course you can also contact DirectLine Technologies, Inc. by phone, email, or other written communication for the same prompt action.  In this complaint the complainant never answered the phone and did not make any request..The complainant made no attempt to notify either the charity, or DirectLine Technologies, Inc., that they wished to be placed on a solicitation do-not-call list. Having received this request circuitously from Revdex.com, the presumed phone number at which calls were received has been placed on both DirectLine Technologies, Inc.'s and the charity's do-not-call list. Following the standard procedures - just answering the phone- is always the fastest and most effective way to put an immediate stop o unwanted calls from any organization.

Review: To Revdex.com Services Representative,I have registered for the "do not call list" to avoid unwanted solicitations yet I still receive calls from this organization or business - Direct Line Technologies out of [redacted]. They do not speak and call at all hours all days of the week. This has been going on for over a month. Please follow up with the business to end these calls. It appears from a web search that they are doing the same to many other Americans and this is illegal and must stop.Thank you in advance for your support with this matter. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Cease & desist this number from illegally contacting me beginning immediately.
