I purchased a set of curtis stone pans what I recieved was fake ray bans. I have tried to contact the company I have had had no luck.

I ordered two refurbished 752 vacuums from Basteonds on 1/15/20. They shipped a pair of Ray Ban knock offs instead.
I ordered 2 refurbished 752 vacuums on line from Basteonds. The charge shows Mechanical Accident with phone 602-616-4220. The charge was $133.64. Yesterday I received a pair of Ray Ban knock off sunglasses and the order show's delivered.

Ordered microwave and weeks later, received a cheap bracelet by mail. Company not responding to emails anymore.

I odered the Oreck Commercial XL2100RHS Upright Vacuum Cleaner for $66.82. I never recieved the product. Instead I recieved a bracelet. The packaging showed the price of the bracelet to be $40.00.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner and received a fake Louis Vuitton wallet. The tracking on the web site and delivered package were the same.
I ordered a Bissell PowerGroom 1654 canister vacuum on 1/10/20 for $69.95, but my credit card was charged $70.07. I was given a tracking number and was told it would be delivered within 7-10 days. On 1/27/20 the package was delivered with the same tracking number that I was given, but it was a fake Louis Vuitton wallet, not a vacuum. I tried to contact the business, but I have been unable to contact anyone. I believe it was a scam from the beginning.

Placed an order online for Calphon pans and recieved fake generic sunglasses. Company also took charges a second time without authorization
On January 17th I placed an order on buckramce.com for Calphalon Premier Space Saving Nonstick 15-Piece Cookware Set model#*** for 62.58 US dollars via credit card. Order ID: ***. On January 24th the charges with my bank had expired for Book Industry which is the name that showed for the charge. About 6 hours later they recharged my card. Today Feb. 1st I recieved what buckramce sent me tracking for which turns out to be knock off sunglasses. This company refuses to answer my request for a refund and they need to be stopped. Item comes from China.

I ordered a Christmas tree on 1/10. On 2/1, I received my "order" of a fake Louis Vuitton wallet.
I placed my order on 1/10 for a Twinkly LED Christmas tree. I received a fake, highly chemical smelling Louis Vuitton waller on 2/1/2020 matching the tracking number for the Christmas tree, but the product listed on the label reads "wallet" with that same tracking number. I checked their return policy before placing my order, and the policy reads they accept returns on products due to an error on their part. I want a refund immediately!

Below is the email that I got from them. But that is what I got. I also order from their sister site, *** a nativity scene. I got a cheap silver bracelet. After I ordered them both my credit cards got cut off by my banks. Now I have no way to get my money back. The bracelet came first, yesterday the sunglasses. When I emailed them on the bracelet...I got no response.

I have receipts that were emailed on both items. I will try and attach them to the complaint.

Found ad for corner microwave, paid through Paypal, shipped from China, NO CORNER MICROWAVE - received a knock-off of Luis Vuitton wallet.

I ordered pots and pans and they sent me a cheap bracelet feom china and will not return my emails or refund my money.
I purchased pots and pans 9nline from this company on jan 15, 2020 I recieved a bracelet on Jan 21,2020 that is worth about 10 cents and that I did not order!! It has the same tracking number as what they gave me!! This place is a scam!!

1/20/2020-received a Louis Vuitton (knock off) wallet with no paperwork nor information on how to return. Emailed the company, Buckramce -- also known as Directoky, three times reporting the problem and then requesting a refund. No response. No telephone contact # provided.

Searched for the company on [social media] *** (that they advertise having an account) and came upon another customer who was scammed and received the same wallet. Researched the address listed on the company website and it is on *** as a 1,000 sq. ft. residence.

I have ordered a 7 1/2 foot Christmas tree from this company I was supposed to be a National Tree 7.5 Foot Feel Real Norwegian Spruce Tree, Hinged. When I received my package today, there was a pair of cheap sunglasses in a very small box. I have paid $54.46 and receive a cheap pair of sunglasses, instead of the Christmas tree that was advertised.
