in question is Listed on the invoice as KBD-KIS-COMBO-SVYou can find the description of the item on our website here, *** contacted Directron on 09/25/2014, well beyond the period allowed for exchange of refundDirectron informed her that she simply bought the incorrect itemWe offered to send her adapters to which she did not agree*** feels that we sold her "old" equipment however the items are in fact brand newHer complaint is that the keyboard and mouse have the older style connector which is round and called a PS/connector as opposed to the newer USB connectionPlease look at the description on our websiteIn two places we indicate this is a PS/unit:

On 05/26/2015, we received an email stating the following:"dear sirs I have filed a dispute with the credit card co in the amount of this order I no longer want this order that has not been shippedas far as I know please credit back the amount of this order to my credit cardthank you and have a great day norman e henson"At this point we marked the order fraudulent so it did not count in our order statistics.
