I am rejecting this response because this company is denying the practice that its employees absolutely followed There is no doubt through proof of evidence that this employee
recommended the action we (the customer) had to take to accommodate the install of their product The company stands behind its employee which is clear does not follow the given rule, and disregards the customer The company not offering a counter offer of any sort reflects a companies lack of concern for their customers The customer holds proof that their employee recommended this action while the company holds zero proof to support their rejection of a refund It is very unfortunate that a company can stand behind an
untruthful employee over supporting their customers. This is poor business etiquette and should
never be allowed. It was clear that we
(the customer) performed an action told by you (the employer) or a
representative of your company and has been negatively impacted by your
recommendations. This will remain highly
negative unless a full (or even partial) refund is provided to the customer for
the cost associated with following the company’s guidelines A company should do serious research on
employees that clearly do not follow company policy. It is evident that the ultimate dollar has
more value to this company then its customers. Regards,

This claim has been reviewed and we stand by our original decision to deny the claim.

Complaint resolved.  Customer's claim was accepted and has signed the attached release in the amount of $470.00.
