Review: Took my car to dirt busters for a car wash today, they recommended I have my head lights refinished because they were yellow. I told the gentleman that I already had it done at dirt busters. He replied that it wasn't done because he could tell. He quickly changed the subject to what kind of car wash I wanted. I paid $80 in cash for the head light restoration. My son-in-law took my car back to talk to them about why they are taking advantage of a senior citizen. They asked for a receipt, but I don't have a car wash receipt from 4 months ago. I feel I was taken advatage of, and the attitude and pressure of the service.Desired Settlement: I would like them to finish the services I paid for.

On 9/7/15, [redacted]'s friend [redacted] called the car wash and spoke to [redacted] about the situation with the headlights. [redacted] told [redacted] that he would take care of her headlights for her. Fred said he would let her know to bring it back and we would do her headlights for her. We apologize for the situation and it could have been handled differently when she first came in. After telling [redacted] that we would take care of them, her son-in-law had followed through with his threats of posting negative things on social media. We just want to take care of her headlights and make sure she is happy. We will offer her a Gold Medal Wash as well when she comes in.

Review: On 1/20/2016, I dropped of my vehicle at Dirt Busters in Roseville, CA to get an "interior detail" and a "hand wax". I picked up the vehicle at where I had noticed that they had overcharged me $35.98. After a confusing few minutes trying to clear up the charges, I drove my vehicle back to work. Once I got to work I noticed several things. Paint damage on the rear bumper constant with something hitting it, paint damage on the left rear quarter panel, dried wax on top of the roof, and copious amounts of dirt on the roof.

Every phone call I have made in an attempt to contact someone at the business who can resolve my situation has gone completely unreturned. After repeated phone calls, I finally got a hold of the general manager, [redacted], who told me to come in on 2/2/16 to look at the vehicle. When I showed up, I was told that he was not there. I left my name and phone number with their bookkeeper, [redacted], and haven't heard back since. All other attempts to contact management have gone completely ignored. It is obvious that all the employees, including other managers, are lying when they tell you their supervisor is either not available or not on site. Numerous people have depicted similar situations on Revdex.com.org and [redacted] regarding damage to their vehicles and the Dirt Busters staff lying about management not being available and saying they will call you back once they're available.

Dirt Buster's customer service is absolutely disgusting. My vehicle's paint should be worst part about this whole situation but the way I've been treated is immensely worse. To be repeatedly ignored and lied to and to have no path of recourse feels tremendously terrible. I feel taken advantage of and completely helpless.Desired Settlement: As much as I would like my vehicle returned to the way it was before Dirt Busters carelessly damaged it, all I am looking for is a refund of the money I paid, $214.99. I think this is more than reasonable and fair since the business should really be paying to repair the paint on my vehicle. I just want my money back and move on.

Review: After they finished cleaning the car, I found water spots all over the paint and windows. They wiped the inside of the car with the same rag they had just wiped the wheels with. Items were missing from my car and a day after I had the car cleaned, I found a new pair of sunglasses, in a solid case and in the console, completely bent. When a day later, I found a second pair of sunglasses also broken, I knew this was not a coincidence. I think this happens there on a routine basis because when I tried reaching the manager, he was not available.Desired Settlement: I would like my sunglasses to be replaced.

Review: Came in for a car wash at dirt buster's. After they serviced my car I noticed a scratch on my trunk. I immediately informed the manager and they tried buffing out the scratch. However the scratch was deep and it couldn't be buffed out. I called them multiple times to resolve the issue and they never called back.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay for the damage that they did. I want to take it to a professional place so they can fix the scratch. I already got a quote and it will cost $450.

Review: Very poor service did not perform as promised talked to Ashley was unable to resolve bad attitude, watch her become very rude to other customers. Has no regards for the truth pure trouble maker, really needs to find another type of job.Desired Settlement: Replace you customer service manager before she drives this company broke.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. At first the owner was extremely argumeantive threatening to harm our company that had nothing to do with the complaint, after talking to the owner he agreed that the kids he had in place that day was not his normal managent staff and agreed to talk with them not fire them so that situations when they arise can be handled differently. Our conversation ended in a very professional manner.

Review: I have used Dirt Buster Car was since they opened, lately we have experienced very bad customer service, mostly the quality of there service has dropped to an acceptable level.I brought my 2012 Ford expedition that has 40K miles on it for a complete Gold package wash. I watch the vehicle go through the wash and then to drying. I noticed no one wiped down the interior and only wipe off one side of the vehicle wheels and exterior windows, no cleaning was done to the interior or interior windows, I also did not see anyone dry the exterior. I asked for the manager in charged then showed them that all was done to my car was it went through the car wash, the interior was not even wiped down and all the dirt still visible on the exterior . I pointed to the wheels and said look at the wheels these two were not even cleaned. The worker than said they were spotted and I had to pay extra, I then used the towel and wiped the spots off my self. I went looking for a manager and found a young girl who called her self [redacted] and the manager who runs the business, I explained how I see the quality of this car wash starting to fall off, we then walked to my car where I pointed out the poor quality work, what I paid for was not done. She became rude and saying if I wanted a better job I had to pay more, when I showed her all that was needed was to wipe the car and wheels off just as I paid, she became raged telling me to leave. I responded that she was acting very immature and needed to grow up that these issues could be easily resolved she then told the young kids not to touch my car and demanded for me to leave. That I was an old man and she would not clean the car as I paid. I am a business owner and if 54 is old so be it, all I know if any of my staff handle them self in the same manner of this young lady [redacted] did, I would want to know.Desired Settlement: The business manager [redacted] to receive customer service training. Put back in place a quality control manger as they had before that inspects the vehicle to assure service provided was what the customer paid for. I have used this company ever since it was opened, its at its lowest in quality of service I have ever seen bring back quality customer service specially management.
