My name is Jacob M*** and I was one of the few that talked with Mr***The customer submitted an order over the weekend sometime before the 27th (the day the order was processed)Mr*** called in and expressed his concern that he had not received any notification of an update on his
orderAt this point in our company, we do not have the technology to do such thingsAll updates are done manually by myself, and we are not open on the weekends, so we understand Mr***'s concernWe did have the customer talk to my higher up, MrChase E***, our Sales and parts manager, and he did in fact talk to MrMike V***We expressed our apologies for not getting the adequate amount of communication with Mr***, and we then refunded 10% on his order back to him for his poor experience with usWe stayed in contact with Mr*** after he talked with MrV***, and kept him updated on his order and the notification of the 10% refundMr*** has received his package with this tracking number (***). MrV*** has expressed to the customer our desire to have his business and that he is welcome to swing by Rexburg Motorsports at any time and we would love to help him out with anything. We hope this is adequate amount of information and apology to make right the experience, and want both Revdex.com and Mr*** to know that customer satisfaction is our #priority. *** *** That is a crock about their response. The only time they responded was the same day. MrV*** did contact me a week later. Yes they did deduct 10% and I finally received my parts. Am I satisfied? No I am not and I informed MrV*** of same. It is not about the money. That is the worst customer service ever. So, no I do not accept their apology
